Using Adisora

You may use Adisora to run your restaurant operations as long as you follow these terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for the actions of users you invite to your tenant.

Subscription and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't lock you into multi-year commitments.

Service availability

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime on production tenants. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance and runs outside EU business hours where possible.

Liability

Adisora is provided 'as is'. Within the limits permitted by law, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
