Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid Subscriptions to the Adisora Reservation Platform taken out by business owners (restaurants, event venues and other businesses). It does not cover the Adisora Business mobile app. Guest (diner) refunds are governed solely by the policy of the individual business — see Section 4.

2. Standard cancellation (period-end)

You may cancel your Subscription at any time in the subscription section of the Platform or in the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period (month or year); your access to paid features continues until that date. No refund is issued for the unused remainder of a billing period (see Business Service Agreement, clause 9.2–9.3).

3. 48-hour / zero-usage full refund (voluntary goodwill)

As a voluntary goodwill measure — not a statutory withdrawal right, which does not apply to this B2B agreement (Business Service Agreement, clause 9.4) — Adisora offers a full refund under the following conditions:

  • You cancel the paid Subscription within 48 hours of it taking effect,
  • and you have not used any of the plan's booking quota during that period (zero reservations or bookings processed).

When both conditions are met, Adisora will cancel the Subscription immediately and refund the corresponding payment in full. Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within a few business days, depending on your card issuer.

This goodwill refund is offered at Adisora's discretion within these conditions and creates no further right to a refund beyond clause 9.3 of the Business Service Agreement.

4. Guest (diner) refunds

Refunds for reservations, event tickets, deposits and other charges paid by guests are the sole responsibility of the business (restaurant or venue). Adisora provides the technical platform only and is not a party to the guest—business contract. Businesses must publish and honour their own guest refund and cancellation policy in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law.
